Установлена нелинейная концентрационная зависи­мость параметров базисной гексагональной решетки в исследованной области концентрации азота: она претерпевает перегиб в двух местах и состоит из трех частей, что свидетельствует об изменении характера межатомной силы взаимодействия атомов. Обна­ружена корреляция между концентрационной зависимостью параметров решетки твердого раствора внедрения и фазовыми превращениями, протекающими при низкотемпературном отжиге.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper studies the concentration dependence of the lattice parameters of the TiNxH0.20 interstitial solid solution (x = 0.12 – 0.50) and establishes the nonlinear concentration dependence of the parameters of basic hexagonal lattice in the investigated area of nitrogen concentrations. This one bends in two places and consists of three parts that testifies to change of the character of interatomic interaction force.
