Проведены исследования структуры пленок методом просвечивающей электронной микроскопии (ПЭМ). Выявлены особенности формирования структуры композитов металл-углерод в зависимости от состава и относительной концентрации фаз.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>By ion-beam sputtering film systems have been synthesized Co-С, Ni-C, Co84Nb14Ta2-С, Co45Fe45Zr10–С  и Co40Fe40B20-С with a wide range of concentrations of carbon 35-63, 12-79, 31-62, 40-80, 35-65  ат.%, respectively. Studied film structure by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
