Для изучения структурных и поверхностных свойств образцов применялись методы спектроскопии комбинационного рассеяния света, дифрактометрии и сканирующей зондовой микроскопии. Электрооптические свойства исследовались методами спектрофотометрии и вольтамперометрии. Было выявлено, что внедрение в систему CdO линейно-цепочечного углерода качественно улучшает ее свойства, уменьшая ширину запрещенной зоны и увеличивая фоточувствительность.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article reports the results of experimental studies of the influence of films linear-chain carbon (LCC) on the properties of the thin film of CdO. For the study of structural and surface properties of samples were used methods of Raman spectroscopy, diffraction, and scanning probe microscopy. Electro-optical properties were studied by spectrophotometry and voltammetry.
