Высокооборотная турбина с генератором размещается в трубе, подающей воздух в центр вращения. Описывается новая конструкция такой турбины и схема подводящих труб, обеспечивающая устойчивость вихря и повышенную эффективность системы. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It offers advanced design known system of twisting flow in the vortex (tornado) with deep pressure reduction at the center of rotation. High-speed turbine with generator are located in the pipe feeding air to the center of rotation.
