В статье предлагается вниманию технология АэроГЭС, которая позволит в сотни раз увеличить ресурс гидроэнергетики, чтобы решить главные проблемы человечества: энергия, вода, экология, климат.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Usually nobody guesses that the clouds over our heads are the second after the Sun global source of clean renewable energy (50 times more than all human needs) and the first - fresh water (11 times more than the flow of all rivers).
