Данный материал перспективен в солнечной энергетике для повышения эффективности солнечных батарей. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The photoluminescence spectra of porous silicon layers obtained by photoelectrochemical etching using a He-Ne laser are discussed.
