Установлена зависимость влияния природы галогена и концентрации допанта на значения проводимости. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article, the temperature dependencies of conductivity for fluorine- and chlorine-substituted complex oxides based on barium indate were obtained.
