Показано, что аварийные системы на основе воздушно-водородных топливных элементов обладают наибольшей эффективностью, особенно при работе на удаленных объектах мобильной связи и телекоммуникаций. Проанализированы среднесрочные прогнозы в области разработки и использования таких аварийных систем, включая прогнозы цен на топливные элементы, на получение, хранение и доставку водорода. Показано, что в ближайшие 3-5 лет стоимость аварийных систем на топливных элементах мощностью 1-5 кВт будет составлять 3000-10000 долларов, в зависимости от мощности и энергоемкости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this work we consider technical characteristics, operating conditions, advantages and disadvantages of various types of emergency backup systems. The systems based on air-hydrogen fuel cells are shown to be most effective, especially when used in remote telecommunication stations. Medium-term forecasts in the area are presented including considerations of the general trends in fuel cells production volume and prices, hydrogen generation, storage, and delivery. Prices for fuel cell based on backup systems of 1-5 kW power are shown to diminish in the nearest 3-5 years to $ 3000-10000, depending on system power and energy.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group
