Методом твердофазного синтеза были получены тонкие пленки CdO и Cd-ЛЦУ. Приведены спектры пропускания и вольт-амперные характеристики систем. Было показано, что коэффициент пропускания системы Cd-ЛЦУ выше, чем у CdO. Определена ширина запрещенной зоны данных систем. Было получено прозрачное проводящее покрытие, по ряду характеристик превосходящее CdO. Данные пленки могут быть использованы в качестве прозрачных электродов, антиотражающих покрытий в фотоэлектрических преобразователях, солнечных элементов и других оптоэлектронных устройств.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents the results of a study of the photoactive film of metal-carbon system as an example cadmium - linear-chain carbon (Cd-LCC) and a comparison of some of the properties of the system with a transparent conductive system CdO. By solid-phase synthesis were obtained thin film CdO and Cd-LCC. In this article shows the transmission spectra and the current-voltage characteristics of the systems. It has been shown that transmittance of Cd-LCC higher than CdO. The band gap these systems was determined by optical method. It was obtained by a transparent conductive coating which a number of characteristics superior CdO.
