Предложена методика оценки ресурсного потенциала, основанная на создании базы геоданных и пространственном анализе, комплексном учете энергопотребления в регионе (в том числе, энергодефицита, объектов генерации и наличия перебоев в электроснабжении), а также площади и масштабов природных и природоохранных ограничений для внедрения объектов солнечной энергетики. Представлены результаты, полученные авторами в ходе апробации разработанной методики на примере территории Краснодарского края. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper discusses the problem of methodological framework imperfection for the evaluation of solar and wind energy potentials at the regional level inRussia. It offers a method of resource potential evaluation, based on building a geodatabase and spatial analysis integrating energy in the region (including energy shortages, generation facilities and the availability of power outages), as well as on area and scale of natural and environmental constraints to the implementation of the solar energy objects.
