Аннотация
Эта работа направлена на комплексное решение проблемы надежной и безопасной эксплуатации транспортной энергетической системы с высокой концентрацией энергии на основе универсального энергоносителя – криогенного жидкого водорода.
В статье рассматривается возможность использования различных методов и методик для оценки надежности машин и оборудования, эксплуатируемых в аварийных ситуациях и экстремальных условиях. Проанализированы полученные результаты.
В настоящее время в нефтегазовом комплексе уделяется большое внимание развитию водородных технологий, а также водородной энергетики в связи с актуальностью Климатической повестки дня. В этой связи наибольший интерес представляют объекты водородной энергетики: криогенные резервуары водорода, криогенные водородопроводы, криогенные кислородные резервуары и криогенные кислородопроводы, а также криогенные резервуары и трубопроводы для хранения технологического азота. Важную роль для глобального энергообмена играют танкеры LH2 для транспортировки криогенного водорода. Так, Австралия и Япония построили первый танкер LH2 для транспортировки водорода из Австралии в Японию. Кроме того, ожидается строительство еще 85 танкеров LH2.
После транспортировки криогенный водород хранится в криогенных водородных хранилищах, обычно также представляющих собой криогенные водородные баки с обвязкой в виде криогенных трубопроводов, а также криогенные азотные баки для хранения технологического азотного газа. Далее водород используется в автомобильном транспорте, авиации, судоходном флоте, промышленности и энергетике. Основные элементы мобильных, стационарных и бортовых систем хранения водорода претерпевают критические нагрузки и находятся в зоне повышенного изучения и внимания.
В связи с этим нами рассмотрены функции изменения основных эксплуатационных характеристик, сделаны предложения о возможности прогнозирования развития накопленных неисправностей и предложения по обеспечению безопасности и продлению срока службы объектов с учетом определения локальных и комплексных повреждений криогенных резервуаров и трубопроводов
