Аннотация
С апреля 1989 года в Тамбове на базе Международного Нобелевского информационного центра (МИНЦ) проводятся периодические Нобелевские конгрессы, целью которых является объединение усилий ученых и специалистов различных сфер деятельности в анализе феномена Нобелевских премий в истории мировой цивилизации конца XIX, XX и начала XXI веков. Синергетическая интерпретация феномена Нобелевских премий дает единый алгоритм обновления, укрепления, усложнения и упорядочения культурного пространства. Каждый из тринадцати Нобелевских конгрессов внес ощутимый вклад в Международное Нобелевское движение.
