Abstract

The fluorine-substituted double perovskites Ba2CaNbO5.5-0.5xFx and brownmillerites Ba2In2O5-0.5xFx were synthesized, the crystalline structure have been investigated. The major form of protons was energetically unequal ОН¯-groups for both phases with double perovskite and brownmillerite structures. The increasing of dopant concentration led to decreasing of part of OH_-groups involved in strong hydrogen bonds.
