INTRODUCTION OF THE BEST AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGIES IN THE POWER INDUSTRY OF RUSSIA: CREATING INFORMATION SPACE FOR EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH PURPOSES

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of forming information space for effective implementation of the best available environmental technologies in the energy sector in Russia. It covers the following aspects of the information space: creating, maintaining and updating of information resources in Internet; training and retraining of personnel of energy enterprises in the field of environmental activities; preparation of textbooks, teaching aids and manuals on the best available environmental technologies; organization of conferences and seminars on environmental technologies.
