

INFLUENCE OF THE NATURE OF SUBSTITUENT ION (F- , Cl- ) ON ELECTROCONDUCTIVITY OF BROWNMILLERITES BASED ON BARIUM INDATE

Abstract
In this article, the temperature dependencies of conductivity for fluorine- and chlorine-substituted complex oxides based on barium indate were obtained. The influence of the nature of the halogen and concentration of dopant on the conductivity was determined.
