Solar energy
The article deals with the world solar thermal power plants statistic data based on International Energy Agency materials including types of solar collectors (SC). Moreover, indicators of installed power of solar thermal stations (STS) per a thousand people, annual sales of STS and their structure by countries of the world are presented. There is only one producer of SC of European standards in Russia with small sales volume. Volume, coasts and producers of SC data in Russia are shown. The prospects of Russian solar thermal market are evaluated.
An experimental solar power plant (SPS) with a capacity of 1150 W that produces an alternating current voltage of 220 V with power frequency is designed and built. SPS device is equipped with electric power transmission network. The experimental performance tests of SPS have conducted for 3 years on heliostat field of Russian Institute for Electrification of Agriculture in order to supply low power equipment. During the work, the experimental solar power plant produced more than 1,600 kW·h of electric power. After the current emergency, which occurred as a result of overcharging the battery, a set of components for appliances has been changed, which led to its modernization and research to optimize the equipment set. It has been developed power circuitry, eliminating overcharging the battery. In an upgraded electrical circuit, instead of the charge controller, inclusive trip relay normally-open main contacts established between the solar battery and the cut wires “+”. It is proved that the replacement of the charge controller to the closing relay increases the reliability and efficiency of power plants, as own consumption of the closing relay is significantly lower than own consumption of charge controller.
Wind Energy
The article studies the properties of utilization of installed capacity (the capacity factor) , used as a criterion for the efficiency of wind turbines. Usually it means that the increase of the capacity factor provides increased turbine performance over time in accordance with the formula . иум К T QВЭУ = TKиумWуст The article reveals and examines the factors that determine the wind turbines performance depending on the properties of the wind energy potential of specific areas and the parameters that are formed in the design of wind turbines. The influence of the rated wind speed Vp on the wind turbine performance has been considered. It is shown that an increase in the value of rated wind speed Vp increases the wind power plant performance. On the base of empirical probability density function the maximum value of the coefficient Киум (VG ,Vp ) has been determined as a function of the average wind speed and the magnitude of the rated wind speed. It is shown that the coefficient value is substantially dependent on the average annual wind speed . Therefore, an indication of its particular value must be accompanied by an indication of the mean annual wind speed . иум К VG VG It is shown that an increase in the rated wind speed, which is accompanied by an increase in turbine performance reduces the capacity factor Киум (Vp ) . At the same time the highest value of the capacity factor , which is achieved at the rated wind speed , corresponds to the wind turbines performance equal zero. иум К = 1
Vp = 0 Identified properties of the capacity factor contradict to the task of increasing the wind turbines performance. Therefore, when designing wind turbines, the task of increasing of the capacity factor cannot be the goal. The capacity factor cannot be used as a criterion for the effectiveness of the design of wind turbines. Influence of factors, that increase the wind turbines performance, is adequately reflected in the coefficient of wind power potential utilization , introduced in article.
The annual wind energy potential depends on two factors: the random annual density function of probability and random values of annual maximum wind speed . These random factors are characterized by a large statistical dispersion. Large statistical dispersion may lead to such a fact that the use of deterministic algorithms to optimize the parameters of the planned wind turbines in the presence of this statistical dispersion can have to unpredictable results. For the design process of wind turbines, the universal canonical density function of probability pk (V∞ ) was built. We conducted a comparative analysis of characteristics, which were calculated using the canonical density function of probability, such as potential of wind power, the function of the stored energy and time operation of the wind power plant at different characteristic modes. The study shows that the canonical density function of probability quite represents basic properties of wind energy. It can be used in solving the problems of determining the parameters of wind power plants and rid the process of selecting these options from the influence of the random component of wind energy.
Atomic Energy
The paper assumes a feasibility of obtaining relatively large quantities of hydrogen in a chemical reactorconverter supplied with methane and electrical energy. As a source of electric energy a part of Beloyarskaya NPP unit BN-600’s power available in decreasing the load in the Ural regional energy system at night times is proposed. Estimations present that in supplying the near-plant chemical reactor-converter with 700 thousand cubic meters of natural gas and 3.4 mln kW-hours of electric energy about 190 tons of hydrogen during 30 night hours (6 nights, 5 hours per night) can be obtained. Hydrogen received may be used for feeding a NPP’s autonomous source of electricity and needs of industry and transport.
Hydrogen Economy
The article investigates efficiency of commercial hydrogen production by electrolysis of water on base of the surplus electricity of atomic power station with additional purification of his in membrane plant higher than 99.9999 percent and also with calculation cost of transportation. It is determined competitive sale price of hydrogen with high degree of purification by compare with market price. It is proposed to use the high power electrolysis plants. More - over, the article shows advantage of cyclical regime electrolysis of water at consumption of electricity from atomic power station in compare with stationary regime.
In this article, the chlorine-doped complex oxides based on brownmillerite Ba2In2O5 were obtained. The singlephase samples was confirmed, the homogeneity range was defined Ba2-0.5xIn2O5-xClx (0 < х ≤ 0.3). The dependence of the lattice parameters from chlorine concentration was obtained.
The paper describes the calculation of relative dynamic error of boiler gross efficiency at different signals averaging intervals and analyses actual values parameters signals mismatch of the power unit work. Moreover, it considers the possibility of improvement, both environmental and economic performance of plants by improving the accuracy and timeliness of entering of corrective actions in the operation of equipment of power generating units by optimizing the averaging period.
The article deals with the results of theoretical calculations of the efficiency of air cleaning by electrostatic filter (ESF) of fine dust depending on constructive and operating parameters of the filter. The analytical expressions for calculation of efficiency of air cleaning help to determine the design parameters provided the specified efficiency of cleaning air. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of complex ESF under different parameters and systems of collecting electrodes, show that the voltage, air velocity and relative humidity of the air environment have the most significant impact on the operation of ESF. The proposed design of the ESF with oiled main and N-collecting
plates is recommended for cleaning the heat exchangers convective flows.

The paper deals with the methods of controlling processes and crosslinking curing reactions in resins and other polymers by measuring their dielectric properties. The methods of hardware design and the means of measuring conductivity and dielectric losses are presented.
