Abstract
A method of definition of sensitivity threshold and a way of instability elimination of a weight-measuring device balancing of a facility for gas flow meters calibration by weighting are presented in the paper. Instability balancing in the range of weighed gas masses of 1.5-18 kg will be from 0.13 to 0.011%. So, to increase the measurement accuracy of the gas flow rate, the calibration duration and gas mass in a gas inlet vessel should be increased to the maximum possible values. The accuracy in determining the device characteristics to be calibrated will not exceed 0.25%, which is significantly lower than the existing methods.

Abstract
Catalyst samples based on individual and mixed oxides of transition metals (Mn, Fe, Co, Cu) with a modified addition (La oxide) supported on monolithic aluminosilicate have been prepared. Structural, textural and morphological properties of catalysts have been studied as well as an effect of chemical nature and a nanostructure of active components on the catalytic activity of samples in the butane oxidation reaction have been established.

Abstract
The issues of using biological waste in energetics of agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Karelia are considered in the article. The paper provides international and Russian experience of waste disposal by biogas technology, as well as contains the long-term plans of developing bioenergy sector in the European Union and China. Furthermore, energy potential of biowaste is calculated and recommendations for animal agribusiness are given.

Abstract
As objects of study were selected samples of lignite (brown coal) deposits Tisulsky Kan-Achinsky, sodium humate (Hum Na) and potassium (Hum K) and humic acid (HA Hum Na ) and (HA Hum K) derived from them. Original coal and humates were characterized by technical, elemental and functional analysis. The data of 1H and 13C NMR and IR - spectroscopy of coal and humic substances are presented. Results the influence of potassium humate and sodium humate on growth, development, productivity, barley and potatoes were assessed. The maximum productivity of barley variety "Siberian" formed at treatment by potassium humate on stage of vegetation - 387 g/m2 (control 336 g/m2). Reliable increase the productivity and yield of marketable tubers of potatoes was provided by preplant treatment by potassium humate of tubers and vegetation. Tuber weight increased by 31-34% compared with control.

Abstract
The article presents the design schemes dynamic links - the steam turbine and heat exchanger as objects of regulation cogeneration energy installations of low power (up to 30 kW of electricity and 400 kW of thermal power). Linear mathematical models of turbine and heat exchanger as objects of regulation were developed. The resulting mathematical model can be used in simulation modeling for solving control mini thermal power plants.

Abstract
Zonal simulation of radiative heat and greenhouse effect of the atmosphere on the basis of statistical data on the structural characteristics of the atmosphere and underlying surface received by the results of long-term monitoring methods upper-air and space sensing of the atmosphere are performed in the paper . A correlation of radiation heat transfer due to the short wavelength radiation with the greenhouse effect of the atmosphere are examined. Also a factor analysis of the effects of pollution on the greenhouse effect and climate change are performed. The important role of anthropogenic particulate zola as climate-forming factor which manifests through changes in the optical properties of clouds albedo of the underlying surface and the impact on the greenhouse effect of the atmosphere are emphasized. A three-level model of the cloudy atmosphere and the actual spatial distribution of optically active ingredients of the atmosphere, including small components, temperature and pressure depending on the time of year is adopted in the calculations.

Abstract
The state and the forecast of the world market of high efficient energy-saving electrochromic devices as a commercially tailored product on the basis of light- and heat-protection “smart” glasses are analyzed. The key companies that develop, produce and sell “smart” glasses are determined; the basic commercial technology of their production are examined. The main fields o f commercial application of electrochromic devices are analyzed; extremely high growth rate of their demand due to widening fields of their commercial application and improved operating characteristics are observed. Competitive advantages of nanostructured flexible electrochromic films are emphasized.
