Abstract
Among the global processes of the second half of the XX century the greatest relevance received a nuclear confrontation between USA and USSR. Having created the first nuclear weapons, the US made an attempt of a military blackmail against the Soviet Union.

In recent years the media has appeared information about the murder by poisoning with polonium Ro-210. Polonium is a soft silvery-white metal. Known 27 isotope polonium: Ro-192 to Ro-218. 7 of them are natural. All isotopes of radioactive polonium. The greatest practical importance of the natural isotope Ro-210, the half-life of which the greatest of all natural isotopes and equal to 138 days.

Abstract
The problem of fuel melt retention in the containment of nuclear power plants with pressurized water reactors type is certainly relevant. In the article it was examined the characteristics of existing and newly designed devices for melt localization in severe accidents at nuclear power plants . Based on the analysis of a fast and reliable fuel melt localization proposed for PWR it is worded the version of the device, built on the distribution of the corium the cellular system of pipes, cooled boiled water, which is supplied after the accident in the mine premises under the rector .

Wind Energy

Abstract
The article is about the efficiency of combination of a wind power station and a hydro power station. While combining wind and hydro power stations into an energy complex there can be created a local power-supply unit and can be improved the power supply reliability and resource probability of the region. The parameters of a wind-hydro energy complex are defined, the optimization criteria are elaborated. For accurate and predictable assessment of parameters and state of a wind-hydro energy complex the classification of the factors of time variability of wind and hydro power resources has been developed. The method of long-term projection of parameters and state of a wind-hydro energy complex according to challenges of renewable energy sources and global climate change has been introduced.

WATER, ITS PROPERTIES. PREPARATION, APPLICATION

Abstract
In work studied extreme properties of liquid water, having applied a method of linear approximations of temperature dependences of its characteristics. Their analysis allowed to share the molecular dynamics which is responsible for extremeness of temperature dependences of properties of water, into two types - barrier and barrier-free. Respectively, for density, an isobaric thermal capacity, compressibility, a superficial tension and speed of a sound defined points of extreme, parameters of linear approximations and gradients of temperature dependences. For dynamic viscosity, self-diffusion, time of a dielectric relaxation, specific conductivity and a share of free molecules estimated energy of activation and revealed breaks of logarithmic approximations. Offered thermodynamic model in which changes of dynamics and structure of water it is limited by kinetics of fluctuations of hydrogen bonds. Within this model explained molecular mechanisms of extreme temperature dependences of properties of water.

Abstract
This paper presents a computer simulation study of the active layer cathode of a fuel cell with polymer electrolyte. We simulate both (1) the transport structure of the active layer (which delivers electrons, protons, and oxygen molecules for the realization of the electrochemical oxygen reduction process in any part of the active layer) and (2) the structure of support grains (that is, agglomerates of carbon particles with supported platinum). Our calculations of the volt-ampere characteristics of the active layer take into account ohmic and diffusion limitations (the transport of protons and oxygen) that inevitably arise in support grains. We study two conditions of support grains: (a) with their pores entirely free of water, and (b) with their pores filled with water. The study demonstrates that filling support grains with water leads to a sharp decrease of overall current.

Abstract
Research objective - studying therapist (теропевтическо) -pharmacological effects of application the proteolitichesky (протеолитических) enzymes from fruits of a melon tree (Carica papaya L.) grown up in conditions heliogron aridz ekosistem (гелиотеплицы аридной экосистеме). Materials and methods. Received протеолитические enzymes from lacteal juice of a melon tree (Carica papaya L.) are investigated in clinic for ferruterous bodies. 48 patients by a method энтерального treatments of purulent infections and ferruterous bodies are surveyed. Results. It is developed the agricultural technician of possibility of cultivation and technology of reception proteolitichesky (протеолитических) enzymes from fruits of a melon tree in the conditions of Turkmenistan with use for microclimate creation renewed energy sources. Received протеолитический enzymes from a melon tree allow to reduce term of treatment of purulent infections and ferruterous bodies to two-three days that is in turn important for timely prevention of occurrence of abscesses and other collateral therapeutic effects. The conclusion. Advantages of declared means in comparison with known is that at treatment the organic, natural structure of substances of a plant which possesses effective properties at treatment of ferruterous bodies is used.
