Abstract
The first part of the paper presents brief history of the International Scientific Journal “Alternative Energy and Ecology” (ISJAEE) and its scientific community. The community includes two International Associations: International Association for Alternative Energy and Ecology (IAAEE) - headquarter of the Association is in Sarov, Russia; and International Association for Hydrogen Energy (IAHE) - headquarter of the Association is in the USA, Miami. International Editorial Board developed the concept of the Journal, formulated topical directions, built and structured the Scientific Journal, which has its own biography, specificity, novel directions, terms, and recognized results. Many international scientific events and workshops that have been organized by the Editorial Board and Founder of the Journal - Scientific and Technical Center “TATA” and Institute of Hydrogen Energy played great role in development of the Journal. The first part of the paper shows main achievements of the Journal and its influence on the scientific community development - International Association for Alternative Energy and Ecology that unites scientists, engineers, and professionals. Small group of scientists - like-minded persons, played the important role at the initial stage. Also, T.Nejat Vesiroglu (USA) the President of International Association for Hydrogen Energy and Yuri A. Trutnev - Academician of Russian Academy of Sciences, the First Deputy of Scientific Leader of RFNC-VNIIEF played the great role in establishment of the Journal. New scientific directions were developed and important results were obtained during 15 years history of the Journal. Authors of the Journal are working in all branches of national economy. Establishment of ISJAEE was the example and motive force of a number of Russian and International events and workshops. If we analyze the new scientific and technical results presented in the papers from 2000 through 2014, we note constant perfection and development of important scientific results from an idea to realization. Enthusiasm of scientists, engineers, and scientific institutions from different countries in problem definition, planning the experiments, obtaining new results, business and publication activity played an important role in the Journal development in the field of alternative energy and ecology. About 400 scientific and innovation companies from Russia and other countries of the world and about 3000 scientists - authors of our Journal participated in this process during these 15 years. Results of hundreds R&D projects were introduced into power industry, municipal cervices, transport, novel energy and environmental technologies.

Abstract
The article presents the simulation control system at a frequency of rotation of the rotor by micro turbine with software package "Modeling in technical devices". As an example of the adjustment was taken micropower turbine of electric power 5 kW. Developed a flowchart of calculating the dynamics of steam micropower the setup, made by software system in accordance with the previously developed mathematical model dynamics of the turbine. The obtained simulation results can be used to solve problems of control small thermal power plants.

Abstract
This paper presents a computer simulation the active layer cathode of a fuel cell with polymer electrolyte. We simulate both (1) the transport structure of the active layer and (2) the structure of support grains (that is, agglomerates of carbon particles with supported platinum). Our calculations of the volt-ampere characteristics of the active layer take into account ohmic and diffusion limitations (the transport of protons and oxygen) that inevitably arise in support grains. We study gradual flooding process in pores of support grains. The investigation demonstrates that full flooding gas pores of support grains leads to a sharp decrease of overall current.

Abstract
The paper presents the main results of thermal-hydraulic characteristics’ investigation of steam methane reformer with radial flow of the gas mixture in the annular channel filled with granular catalyst bed. The mixture (CH4 + H2O) heating and the endothermic reforming reaction warmth providing is carried out within the inner system of vertical tube bundles with helium coolant, which transfers heat from the high temperature gas-cooled nuclear reactor (HTGR). Given are the simple criterial relations describing gas heat exchange, in the conditions of confusor-diffuser flow, with the layer elements and the tube bundles with gas-cooled (helium) located in the layer. The main design parameters and thermal-hydraulic characteristics of the natural gas converter are given as an example of the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Abstract
The article presents the analysis results of incoming solar radiation on a horizontal surface in Ambon Island. Result from the model of Collares-Pereira and Rabl provides statistical model of incoming hourly average solar insolation, which allows an accurate forecast of solar radiation potential in the territory. Regression analysis was held based on the data of actual measurements for the period 2008-2013 and the calculated data by using formulas of root mean square error (RMSE), mean bias errors (MBE) and mean percentage error (MPE) to estimate the quality of the model.

Abstract
The task of determining the total thermal load (TL) necessary for heat (HS) and hot water supply (HWS) private homes located on the territory of Baku city and heat loss (HL). To this end, the selected pilot House with the number of permanent residents 5 pers. To determine the total energy needed for HWS and HS were registered monthly readings of gas meter for one year. HL is the HS determined by heating degree days.

Abstract
The environmental issues of disposal fish waste are considered in the article. The paper provides condition of the market of fish products in Russia and the Republic of Karelia. Main fish waste recycling ways in various industries by different technologies and equipment are considered in the article. Qualitative and quantitative indicators for growing enterprises rainbow trout in Karelia are given. The paper presented the profitability of using fish waste in different ways and the most effective ways of recycling by an environmental aspects. Furthermore, prospects of fish processing in the Republic of Karelia, as well as factors hindering its development are given.
