Abstract
According to some data the International Energy Agency as of 2014 in the article shows the values of the installed capacity and annual heat generation, structural diversion of solar thermal plants (STP) of the world, Europe, individual countries, and Russia. Presented an update structure of STP in individual regions and Russia as a whole, the annual volume and OEMs structure. The scheme of subsidies and grants for the construction of STP shown based on the analysis of world experience. On the example of some countries shows how government regulation makes affect on the market structure of STP. Economic feasibility facilities of STP in 18 regions of Russia, especially in Krasnodar, Stavropol and in Crimea shown based on the data of solar radiation. Presented graphic dependences values of solar radiation value, cost of STP, substitute energy possible to determine acceptable payback of STP. As a result of analysis of the technical and cost indicators, statistics and types of heat consumers estimated volumes and structure of the prospective market of STP in Russia. Half of this market is STP hotels and resorts. Second and third place is occupied by STP for space heating and domestic hot water (DHW) supply of single-family homes and solar-fuel boilers. There was a slight prospect to construct DHW STP for single-family homes.

Abstract
The considered design of a wind power plant big capacity, located in the area of jet streams in the atmosphere. The station consists of orthogonal turbines, combined in a three-dimensional construction connected with the ground gas-filled cable with conductive shell. The position of the station can be controlled by controlling the vector forces acting on the turbine. This control is exercised by filing jets in a boundary layer of the working blades of the turbine. The variants of schemes for the creation of such jets. Given the economic evaluation, confirming the high efficiency of the proposal.

In the article the results of experimental and theoretical studies on the use of rotation of the stator of the asynchronous generator to improve the reliability of wind turbines in the wind due to the consumption of the energy of the wind on the dispersal of the stator and transition in the kinetic energy of rotation of the stator.

GEOTHERMAL ENERGY

Abstract
The current state and the importance of the development of binary technologies for heat recovery from geothermal power plants are considered. The scope and spread "geography" of binary installations abroad is showed. The main approaches and design principles for Russian geothermal binary plants are presented. Issues of organic working fluids choice for power plants with binary cycle are considered. The technical characteristics and design features of the equipment for pilot binary plant (2.5 MW capacity) utilizing of discharged brine from Pauzhetskaya Geothermal Power Plant are examined. The results of calculation of variable operating modes depending on flow rate and temperature of the brine and cooling water for the Pauzhetskaya binary geothermal power plant turbine are proposed. This design features of the vacuum, filling and discharge system of the working fluid (R-134a) loop for Pauzhetskaya Geothermal Power Plant are described. The promising power energy projects on the base of binary technologies use are suggested. A list of the planned R&D investigations to simulate and improve the Russian binary energy technologies is proposed.

Abstract
Information component, which contains the acoustic noise of bee colonies, is a source of information about each of the bee family. It is found that the acoustic noise of each individual bee family. Solution of the problem of decoding the information constituting the acoustic noise of bee colonies is an urgent task. The solution to this problem, and the experience gained can be applied in the decoding states any object produces an acoustic noise. In addition to the individual components of the acoustic noise of bee colonies, one can distinguish classes of states that are common. Also worth considering that the methods used to detect states of bee colonies, mostly built on the basis of experience and knowledge of the beekeeper and are often subjective. Thus, in the process of working with bees in certain types of states of bee colonies can be overlooked, and their detection will require much labor. It should also be noted that due to insufficient and untimely monitoring vital functions of bee colonies was observed so-called collapse of bee colonies - bees mostly autumn fly away from the hive to die [2]. In this paper we consider the possibility of a comprehensive diagnostic states of bee colonies, namely: recognition of their many states, united in classes by analyzing their published acoustic noise. Such a method will allow more reliably diagnose the state of bee colonies with lower labor costs and to identify the cause of the behavior of the bee colony at this stage of her life

Abstract
This article discussed the main problems of weak competitiveness of domestic agricultural products compared with imports. Analyzed the characteristics of biogas utilization, through which you can increase the efficiency and power-production in agriculture and thus reduce the cost of the final product. Identified and justified the need for joint further research in this area.

The paper illustrates the possibility of sorption purification Freon 113 from impurities using sorption methods. It is shown that the use of activated carbon allows purification of the Freon to requirements of the commercial product. The effectiveness of the cleaning process is enhanced by the use of sorbents modified fullerenes.

Abstract
The article describes the principles of alternative nuclear power for regions of the Far North and equal to them. It is proposed instead of floating nuclear power plants, to use nuclear station of small capacity with organic heat carriers and the electric system of a heat supply, which should allow to reduce the cost of heat and electricity to these areas.

Abstract
The structure and functioning modes of active layers in an electric double layer capacitor (EDLC) with an inaqueous electrolyte (k = 10-2 Ohm-1cm-1) are simulated by means of a computer. A model of active layers prepared from activated carbon materials is proposed, percolation estimates are performed and effective ionic conductivities are calculated. The polarization of active layers includes a sequence of two charging processes: first, galvanostatic and then potentiostatic. The proposed program of calculations involves mutual matching and optimization of seven parameters characterizing the active layer and conditions of charging processes. According to calculations, galvanostatic polarization of wide pores in the EDLC biporous active layer up to the limiting potential 3.5 V (from initial potential 0.5 V) followed by potentiostatic polarization of fine pores (~ 1 nm) allows the capacity C = 246 F/g and the energy W = 934 kJ/kg to be obtained in fractions of second.

Abstract
Biological treatment process is carried out on microbial communities through which the flow of substrate and biomass. In these systems the continuous selection of various types of microorganisms. Most of these organisms can multiply directly to the treatment plant. All organisms living in the water treatment plant, get it from any external source: with waste water from the air and soil. Living organisms in sewage treatment plants can be divided into the following groups: bacteria, fungi, algae, protozoa, multicellular. In the activated sludge contains all basic physiological groups of microorganisms to decompose carbon compounds, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur and other elements. Biocenotic feature activated sludge is its lack of care of primary producers (except chemoautotrophic bacteria), as organic matter enters the wastewater in finished form. Development of a particular organism determine environmental conditions. Therefore, by the presence of specific organisms present in large quantities, can be judged on the conditions that caused their development.
