PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

                          Project Engineer and Researcher, Professor of Moscow University of                           Environmental Protection. Supervised many projects relating to all phases of hydropower and wind power design and rehabilitation, including problems with analyses, budget preparation,   technical design, and direct field supervision. Author of a new method of the forecasting of the long-term variation of the Caspian Sealevel, a new kind of the low head turbine and a new principle of using the tidal flow power. Supervised work in the area of hydraulic model research, hydro and aero-dynamical stochastic loads on structures and their vibration response, seismic prognoses and seismic loads on various constructions including coastal engineering and earth dams. Designed and constructed new floating hydropower and wind power units. Instructed 29 researchers and engineers to graduate PhD and Dr.Sc classes. Published 17 technical books (2 books  in English, 1 book in German) more than 200 technical articles and developed over 80 patents (10 patents USA).
