Education:

In 1974 graduated from the Kiev Engineering and Construction Institute, Faculty of sanitary engineering, specialty "Heat and gas supply, heating, ventilation and air conditioning".

Professional experience:

1969 - 1993 -  Scientific Research Institute of plumbing, Kiev branch  All-Union Scientific Research Institute of plumbing Montazhspecstroy (Moscow), Kiev department All-Union Scientific Research Hydro Mechanization Construction (Leningrad).

He was awarded a bronze medal ENEA  Exhibition of National Economic Achievements  for heating and ventilation unit (HVU)

1993 - 1995 - Gosneftegaz, Deputy Head of Department, Head of Department.

1995 - 2006 - Goskomenergosberezheniia, Deputy Head of government of use alternative and renewable energy and alternative fuels.

2000 - 2006 – Government of science and alternative and renewable energy sources, head of department. Awarded of the 4th rank of state employee.

From 2006 to the present day - works at the Institute of Renewable Energy, National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, head of the editorial board of scientific and applied magazine "  Vidnovluvana energetika" IRE  NASU ISSN 1819-8058
