Abstract
Nanoscale titanium dioxide of four modifications - amorphous, anatase, brookite and rutile have been synthesized by sol-gel method from Ti (i-OC3H7)4 and TiCl4 precursors. Structural, morphological and dispersion properties of the TiO2 nanoparticles with different modifications have been studied as well as the effect of the pH of the medium, the synthesis temperature, the chemical nature of the precursor and the molar ratio of reactants on the formation of a titania phase with nanoscale particles have been established.

Abstract
In devices of high-pressure diamond synthesis graphite occurs at very high rates of heating and reaches temperatures that enable interaction with the graphite reaction chamber material (limestone, pyrophyllite, talc) and the moisture contained in the charge punches carbide with cobalt and nickel. Therefore the process of converting the graphite into a diamond catalyst is always occurs with the intermediate gaseous compounds such as metal carbonyls. Crystallization of diamond from gaseous carbon compounds have long realized in a wide range of pressures and temperatures, even in the absence of the seed crystal and the substrate. This means that the synthesis of diamond from graphite have no influence carbon sulfide, carbonate eclogite-carbon, carbonate melts and other peridotite - diamond synthesis is feasible in any mineral systems, including the tails of different concentrators and a variety of metallurgical slag.

Abstract

Abstract
For today one of perspective directions of development and maintenance with power resources of territories deserted is using of solar energy. But for this purpose it is necessary to study and to define of power resources. The standard rules for the region defined solar energy potential, especially for the Southeastern Kara-Kum, do not exist now. The article is devoted to theoretical and methodical calculations of potentials solar energy in Southeast Kara-Kum. These calculations are necessary for the development, deployment and solve technical problems, drawing up of the feasibility report (FS), designing and building power solar stations, installations, constructions in pasture economy of Southeastern Kara-Kum.
