Abstract
The results of electro thermographic investigations obtained in electrolytes chromium plating of different chemical composition: sulfuric acid, perchlorate and chromium sulfate. The factors that cause the increase in temperature in the nearelectrode layer. It is concluded that the main cause of the effects of heat are termokinetics processes due to the occurrence of both chemical and electrochemical reactions.

Abstract
The Government of China has made a decision to develop actively wind energy (WE), hoping to reduce the negative impact on nature, to strengthen national energy security and create favorable conditions for the growth of employment in the technological sectors of the economy. While wind turbines do not occupy a large land area, produce just a green electricity and what is most importantly - do not cause harmful greenhouse effect, generated by some other energy producers, which fully meets the requirements of the International Kyoto Protocol.

Abstract
An evaluation of the efficiency of heat pumps (HP) with vertical heat exchangers for the case of standard 5-storey 40-flat apartment building in the permafrost area was made. The calculation shows, that average monthly demand for heat and hot water in building in the conditions of the North is equal 100-120 kW. As received, an equivalent amount of low potential heat extraction can be taken from the ground only during the first few hours of the work of heat pump. At the end of the first year this value falls to 6.4 kW. In spite of this in some settlements (with a favourable ratio of prices of heat energy and electricity, when the heating is carrying out by direct electric heating or electric boiler) the costs of purchase of heat pump and refrigeration facilities can be recouped during the first year of the work of HP.

Abstract
Herein, results of thermodynamic analysis of some theoretical and experimental (TDS, STM, STS, HREELS/LEED, PES, ARPS, Raman spectroscopy and others) data on “reversible” hydrogenation and dehydrogenation of some graphene-layer-nanostructures are presented. In the framework of the formal kinetics approximation of the first order rate reaction, some thermodynamic quantities for the reaction of hydrogen sorption (the reaction rate constant, the reaction activation energy, the per-exponential factor of the reaction rate constant) have been determined. Some models and characteristics of hydrogen chemisorption on graphite (on the basal and edge planes) have been used for interpretation of the obtained quantities, with the aim of revealing the atomic mechanisms of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation of different graphene-layer-systems. The cases of both a non-diffusion rate limiting kinetics, and a diffusion rate limiting kinetics are considered. Some open questions and perspectives of solving of the actual problem of the effective hydrogen on-board storage and other clean energy applications, with using the graphite nanofibers, are also considered.

Abstract
This paper presents a computer simulation study of the active layer cathode of a fuel cell with polymer electrolyte (PEMFC). We simulate both (1) the flooding pores in support grains (that is, agglomerates of carbon particles with supported platinum) and (2) the draining pores in support grains (process of evaporation and diffusion of vapor). Our calculations demonstrate that there is one possibility yet for degradation PEMFC, if with time, gradually pores in support grains will be filled with water. Then (as study demonstrates) filling support grains with water leads to a sharp decrease of overall current.

Abstract
The spontaneous oscillatory time dependence of internal friction in the metastable nonstoichiometric phases of the titanium nitride TiN0,50 and the ceramics YBa2Cu3O6,4 is observed by the ultrasonic resonance method. The observed phenomenon is explained by the motion and interaction of unstable point defects and dislocations that occurred in a metastable state under the result of rapid cooling from the annealing temperature. The atomic ordering influence and second phase allocation on the spontaneous time dependence of the internal friction of the titanium nitride TiN0,50 and ceramics YBa2Cu3O6,4 has been studied.

Abstract
This article presents the results of a study of the photoactive film of metal-carbon system as an example cadmium - linear-chain carbon (Cd-LCC) and a comparison of some of the properties of the system with a transparent conductive system CdO. By solid-phase synthesis were obtained thin film CdO and Cd-LCC. In this article shows the transmission spectra and the current-voltage characteristics of the systems. It has been shown that transmittance of Cd-LCC higher than CdO. The band gap these systems was determined by optical method. It was obtained by a transparent conductive coating which a number of characteristics superior CdO. These films can be used as transparent electrodes, the antireflection coatings in photoelectric converters of solar cells and other optoelectronic devices.

Abstract
In this work we have developed methods for the synthesis of metal-carbon films on the basis of linear-chain carbon (LCC). In article results of research of these films by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), electron transmission microscopy, optical spectroscopy are observed. It was shown that the introduction of silver atoms in the film of LCC does not destroy the hexagonal structure of the LCC. Observed chemical shift of the line Ag(3d5) in the system Ag-pointers, uncharacteristic when the intercalation of silver in other carbon materials.
