Abstract

Theoretical approach to determination of defect of mass of material object and binding energy of the parts making it is stated. It is shown that formation of defect of mass at merge of the interacting objects in a single whole is the universal phenomenon
irrespective of the spatial scale of process of merge. Regularities of formation of defect of mass are fair for all cases of exchange interactions, irrespective of their intensity. In particular – for strong interaction. Formulas for calculation of defect of mass of
material object in approach of pair and threefold interactions of the particles making object as whole are received. Values of binding energy of protons in a nucleus 2He3and neutrons in a nucleus 1H3, and also value of distance between protons in a nucleus 2He3 are defined.

Abstract

A brief analysis of the research data on the influence of constant magnetic field in the kinetics of domain structure and dielectric properties of mono- and polycrystalline ferroelectrics was made. Magnetodomain interactions in ferroelectrics leading to
a change in characteristics of deterministic chaos, dielectric relaxation and magnetodielectric effect have been considered. The mechanism of the magnetic moment appearing at a lateral movement of 180° ferroelectric domain wall is discussed.

The short overview of prospects of development of thermoelectric and thermovoltaic materials is conducted. Some approaches, that could be the basis for increasing of thermoelectric Q-value of low temperature materials, are stipulated. Modern tendencies of
development of thermoelectric and thermovoltaic materials are specified.

Abstract

In the review the characteristic of contemporary state in field of whiskers growth investigations is presented. Physical bases of whisker growing are expounded in the model of diffusive-dislocation growth and on a  scheme vapour-liquid-solid (VLS). The significant attention is paid to critical revision of the present views on the VLS growth mechanism and new droplet (in author’s terminology) crystal growth mechanism is represented. The fundamental principles of one-dimensional crystals controlled growing are described. Practical realization of these principles opens the large-scaled use of whiskers in the micro- and nanoelectronic devices. Some growth effects caused by droplet mechanism are considered.

The analysis of the effects of ion-plasma film coating (micro- and nanocrystalline composite heterostructures) with a gradient character morphology, phase and elemental composition, substructure and orientation. Discusses approaches to the formation of gradient structures at the free surface modification or new material properties. It is shown that plasma component – assistants condensation of material, initiate mechanisms of formation of discrete and compact, porous and dense, isotropic and anisotropic morphological, amorphous and crystalline condensates. The relation between the synthesis conditions, morphological parameters and properties of ion-plasma condensate (IPC).

Abstract

The overview of studies on the magnetic crystallization effects occurring in a polymer having a molecular chains weak double bonds and free radical groups has been presents. According to the above qualitative model of action weak permanent and pulsed magnetic field (less than 0.5 T) is reduced to a change in the spin state of radical pairs (transitions of the triplet-singlet), which in turn stimulates the reaction, spin-forbidden in the initial state. As a result,  the morphology, crystallization and melting temperatures of the polymers are changing.

The review of studies on the phase and element composition, structure and orientation of the silicide films formed during the pulse photon-assisted treatment (PPT) by the incoherent light of xenon lamps of the films Pt, Pd, Ni, Ti, Mo on monocrystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous silicon and of the monocrystalline silicon during the vacuum condensation Pt, Pd, Ni, Ti, Mo on the substrate has been presented. The general regularities and features of the oriented phase formation and substructure Pt, Pd, Ni, Ti, Mo silicides during PPT by the xenon lamp incoherent radiation of the metal films on silicon have been shown.
